"You can't fool the Emperor of Golf" Tiger Woods' son Charlie wins lowest individual score
Charlie Woods competes in the 2022 PNC Championship. Behind him is Tiger Woods, the 'Emperor of Golf' and father of Charlie Woods.
Tiger Woods' son, Charlie (14), broke his father's record for lowest score while caddying.
Charlie shot a 6-under 66 in the final round of the Nota Vigay 3 Junior Championship Regional Qualifier for 14-15 year olds at Mission Hills Inn Resort Golf Club (Par 72) in Orlando, Florida, USA, on the 24th, according to CNN and other foreign media.
Charlie carded nine birdies and three bogeys on the day for an 18-hole score of 66 and a two-round total of 7-under par 137. He also earned a spot in the final round in Louisiana in November.
Charlie's father, Tiger Woods, caddied for his son in the tournament for the second time in as many years.
"It was really nice," Charlie said of his father's support, "He helps me focus on the shot," he said.
"If I start talking about the next shot, he'll tell me, 'Focus on this shot, that's what we're going to do,'" he said, adding, "He helps me find my pace." 19guide03.com
