The OK Financial Group Eatmen have reached the championship game for the first time in eight years.

OK Financial Group won the second round of the playoffs against Woori Card Wooriwon in the Dodram 2023-2024 V-League Postseason with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-15, 25-19) set victory at Sangroksu Gymnasium in Ansan on Friday. In the best-of-three playoffs, OK Financial Group swept the first two games to advance to the championship match.

This is the first time in eight years that OK Financial Group has reached the championship match since the 2015-2016 season. Back then, OK Financial Group entered the playoffs in second place and defeated Samsung Fire to reach the championship game. With momentum on their side, OK went on to defeat Hyundai Capital for their second straight title.

Bayarsaihan had a perfect performance. He led both teams with 13 points, including four serves and three blocks. Leo led the team's offense with 12 points and a 42.62% attack percentage.

Woori Card played less with foreign players Artem and Issei and more with their domestic attackers. Kim Ji-han had 12 points (45% attack percentage) and Song Myung-geun had 11 points (52.38%), but they were unable to prevent the team from losing.

OK Financial Group's serve exploded in the first set. At 14-13, Bayarsaihan's sharp serve shook Woori Card's reception. While Bayarsayhan was serving, OK Financial Group was executing their offense perfectly. Bayarsaihan's serve ended at 23-13. Woori Card then closed out the set with a bum seal and a quick open from Shin Seong-jin.

The second set was also dominated by OK Financial Group. They took the early lead and quickly extended their lead. Shin Shin-jin had a perfect performance with 83.33% (5 points). The second set was also easily won by OK Financial Group, 25-15.

With the momentum in their favor, OK Financial Group carried the momentum into the third set. Leo led the offense with 7 points and Bayarsaihan with 6 points. Woori Card responded with five points from Kim Ji-han and eight points from Han Sung-jung and Issei, but Bayarsaihan's serve late in the set sealed the win.

OK Financial Group will play the first game of the championship finals against regular-season champion Korean Air on Nov. 29 at Incheon Gyeyang Gymnasium.
